• Eligible Applicant: Customers must ship a minimum of 10 parcels during the campaign period to qualify for the contest. The winner will be the customer with the highest number of completed shipments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Ship the most and win RM888 Huat Ang Pow by completing parcel shipments during the Campaign Period.

• The Campaign runs from 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”), unless extended or terminated by SPX Express at its sole discretion.

• Open to all non-VIP SPX Express customers (new or existing) only.
• Participants must ship a minimum of 10 parcels (must be completed) during the Campaign Period (“Minimum Requirement”).
• Orders that are cancelled before shipment will not count toward the Minimum Requirement.
• Participants whose total completed shipments fall below the Minimum Requirement are ineligible.

• Winner Selection: Only 1 winner will be selected.
• The winner will be the participant who has (i) met all eligibility requirements; and (ii) has the highest number of completed shipments during the Campaign Period, based on SPX Express’ system-recorded data.
• In the event of a tie, SPX Express reserves the right to select the winner at its sole discretion.

• The winner’s account and shipping records will undergo a verification process conducted by SPX Express to confirm compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Verification may take up to 7 business days.
• Subject to successful verification, the winner will receive the RM888 Huat Ang Pow in the form of a Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload Code within 30 business days from completion of verification.
• The Reload Code will be sent via SMS or email to the registered contact details.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.
• SPX Express is not liable for any loss, delay, misuse, unauthorised redemption, or technical issues once the Reload Code has been issued.
• Failure to meet any criteria will result in no reward being issued.

• Applicants will be disqualified if:
• They do not meet the eligibility requirement during the Campaign Period.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or non-genuine activities are detected.
• SPX Express reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any reward if abuse is detected.

• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• SPX Express reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or are suspected of fraudulent activity may be disqualified.
• SPX Express is not responsible for any delays or issues relating to the Touch ’n Go eWallet platform.
• Decisions made by SPX Express on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.

• Rewards in the form of a Touch ’n Go eWallet Reload Code are subject to the terms imposed by Touch ’n Go Sdn. Bhd.
• By using the Reload Code, participants agree to be bound by Touch ’n Go eWallet Terms & Conditions.
• In case of conflict, the Touch ’n Go terms prevail regarding the use and redemption of the Reload Code.
